What shipping methods do you use?

We ship to countries all over the world. We usually send goods via Courier Express (FedEx, DHL, UPS) or by Airfreight.

 

Do you offer rush delivery service?

Yes, we offer overnight shipping options for faster delivery.

 

What if my order is damaged in shipping?

Once a package has been shipped, GT&C will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. GT&C will be sure to insure your packages in the case that a claim would need to be filed. If you have further questions about shipping, please contact GT&C¡¯s sales department.

 

Can I arrange for my own shipping provider or courier?

Yes, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping method. Please contact your GT&C sales to ensure proper shipment.

 

What are your postal costs?

Postal costs are determined by the Size, Weight, and Class of the shipment being mailed.
