How many revisions am I allowed?

We allow 4 revisions before your artwork confirmation.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Please click  "Sign in" on the top right corner of our homepage to check your order status, if you do not have a member account, please Register.

 

How do I place a re-order?

We will assign a Sales Executive to follow your order.  You may contact him/her directly to re-order.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel an order that has already been submitted, please contact your assigned Sales Executive.If your order has not been scheduled for production, we will be glad to cancel your order. If your order is in ¡°Printing¡± status, you will be responsible for full payment. We suggest that you check your order carefully before placing it. 

 

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Please send us 10pcs samples of your printed job, so we can find out what's wrong with your job. If our manufacturing defect caused this problem, we will be glad to reprint your job and provide a discount for your job. Could they be shipped together with your next order? However, GT&C will not be responsible for artwork confirmation mistakes on your side. GT&C has the right to decide what is and what is not a manufacturing defect.

 

Do you supply a product warranty?

Normally when we print orders based on customer¡¯s artwork, we begin printing after receiving the artwork proof confirmation. In the event of a mistake that is on our end, we will be responsible and consider reasonable compensation.
